					</table><p>NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam (NVVN), a wholly owned subsidiary of <a href="https://www.ntpc.co.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NTPC</a>, has invited bids to set up 1.3 MW of rooftop solar power projects across three locations in two campuses of Indian Institute of Management (<a href="https://www.iiml.ac.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">IIM</a>) Lucknow and National Institute of Defence Estates Management (<a href="https://nidem.dgde.gov.in/index.php/language/en/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NIDEM</a>) in Delhi.</p>
<p>The last date for bid submission is February 26, 2024. Bids will be opened on the next day. Bid security is ₹1 million (~$12,000).</p>
<p>The scope of work includes design, engineering, testing, installation, and operation and maintenance of rooftop solar systems for ten years. This includes carrying out a preliminary assessment of the roofs, arranging water and electricity, and determining optimal capacity.</p>
<p>Additionally, permanent one-meter-wide staircases finished with weather-resistant enamel paint must be built for buildings with rooftop solar where access is not available.</p>
<p>The capacity planned across the three locations is &#8211; 0.85 MW at IIM Lucknow&#8217;s Prabandh Nagar campus, 0.3 MW at IIM Lucknow&#8217;s Noida campus, and 0.15 MW at NIDEM near IGI Airport&#8217;s Terminal 1 in Delhi.</p>
<p>The average annual turnover of the bidders should be at least ₹59.9 million (~$722,000) for the preceding three financial years. Their net worth should be 100% of the paid-up capital.</p>
<p>Bidders must be developers or have experience in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of solar projects.</p>
<p>Recently, NVVN <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/nvvn-tender-2-3-mw-rooftop-solar" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invited</a> bids from enlisted developers to set up 2,300 kW of grid-connected rooftop solar power projects across various public sector buildings under the Department of Defence Production across northern India.</p>
<p>In another tender, NVVN <a href="https://www.mercomindia.com/ntpc-tender-9-mw-solar" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invited</a> bids from enlisted developers to commission 9.98 MW of ground-mounted and rooftop solar power projects at multiple locations in the western region for the Department of Defence Production’s public sector undertakings.</p>
