Selected bidders must submit a performance bank guarantee (PBG) of ₹100,000 (~$1,170)/MW for each project.

Bids for tenders with total capacities of 77.52 MW, 78.63 MW, and 100.63 MW must be submitted by April 30, 2025. These bids will be opened on May 2.

Bids for tenders with capacities of 109.11 MW and 250.18 MW must be submitted by April 24, 2025. These bids will be opened on April 28.

Bids for tenders with capacities of 29.49 MW, 52.52 MW, 53.38 MW, 114.45 MW, and 102.71 MW must be submitted by May 1, 2025. These bids will be opened on May 5, 2025.

Successful bidders must use solar cells and modules from the Approved List of Module Manufacturers.

All projects must be commissioned within nine months of issuing the letters of award.

Delays in project commissioning will attract liquidated damages in the form of encashment of PBG for delays of up to two months.

Bidders must confirm their own land or lease arrangements and demonstrate financial capability to undertake the project.

Recently, JVVNL issued an expression of interest for implementing 112.6 MW of decentralized solar projects in Rajasthan under Component A of the PM-KUSUM program.

Earlier this year, JVVNL issued an expression of interest for designing, surveying, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning solar projects with a cumulative capacity of 101.15 MW under Component A of the PM-KUSUM program.
