MERCOM INDIA AWARDS 2025
NOMINATEIndia’s most prestigious Renewable Energy Awards are back.
Nominations are now being accepted for the annual Mercom India Awards 2025. In its fourth year, the Mercom India Awards will recognize companies making a meaningful contribution to the clean energy transition with unique and ground-breaking renewable energy projects and solutions.
The award categories include:
- Best Large-Scale Solar Project
- Best C&I Project (Rooftop)
- Best C&I Project (Ground-mount)
- Best Residential Project
- Best Off-grid Project
- Best Hybrid Project
- Best Engineered Project
- Best Floating Solar Project
- Best Innovation – Product
- Best Wind Project
- Best Standalone Storage Project
- Deal of the Year (Strategic)
- Deal of the Year (Financial)
Submission Deadline: June 15, 2025
Eligibility:
- Companies are allowed to self-nominate
- Multiple applications are welcome
- Projects of all sizes are eligible
Mercom Award Categories
The Mercom India Awards will recognize organizations making significant contributions to India’s renewable energy sector, focusing on tackling climate change and advancing clean energy technologies and projects.
Finally, the awards will acknowledge organizations that have made noteworthy contributions to clean energy capacity expansion, innovation in clean energy manufacturing, strengthening India’s economic competitiveness, and improving the environment during the event year.
Nomination Guidelines:
- Companies can apply regardless of their headquarters location, but only projects in India or products manufactured in India are eligible.
- The awards will consider products launched, deals announced, and projects completed between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
- All nominations must be submitted via the online form; incomplete entries will be disqualified.
- Companies may submit multiple entries but cannot nominate for more than one award in the same category.
- Mercom reserves the right to reassign entries to more appropriate categories and to adjust or create categories based on the submissions received.
- The nominee or a third-party vendor or supplier can submit nominations.
- Mercom may contact the nominee for more details if a third party submits the nomination.
- Supporting materials such as websites, videos (up to 120 seconds), photos (up to five), certifications, and other relevant documents are encouraged.
- Each nominee must designate one primary contact person.
- Winners will not be notified until the Mercom India Renewables Summit on April 26, 2025.
- A panel of Mercom experts will choose the winners.
- Mercom ensures confidentiality for all submitted information, which will only be used for the award evaluation process.
