Clean energy deployment platform for commercial and industrial businesses, Two Point O Capital, has raised $10 million (~₹949 million) in a funding round led by Transition Venture Capital.

The company plans to use the funding to expand into new asset classes, including battery energy storage, and increase its presence in solar, energy efficiency, and wastewater treatment segments.
It also plans to expand its business across sectors with significant energy and water requirements, including data centers, automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Two Point O provides financing, project ownership, measurement, and project execution services for commercial and industrial customers adopting clean energy infrastructure.
The company said it helps commercial and industrial businesses that require customized capital and asset solutions to lower operating costs, improve operational resilience, and access markets such as the European Union.
According to the company, the annual opportunity for such solutions is estimated at more than $100 billion to $150 billion.
Karan Bhutani, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Two Point O Capital, said rising energy and water demand from India’s commercial and industrial sectors is increasing pressure on businesses to manage costs and resources.
