Terra Clean Issues Land Aggregation Tender for a 200 MW Wind Project in Karnataka

 Terra Clean, a subsidiary of India Oil Corporation (IOCL), has invited bids for land aggregation to develop an interstate transmission system (ISTS)-connected wind power project of 200 MW within the jurisdiction of the Davangere substation, Karnataka.

The last date to submit bids is June 11, 2026, and bids will be opened on the same day.

Bidders must submit a bid security declaration along with the bids.

The land aggregation must be completed within nine months.

Bidders must have arranged land and executed micro-siting of wind turbine generators of at least 10 MW in the last seven years.

They must have arranged land for a project/renewable energy park for grid-connected wind power projects/wind parks, solar projects, or a combination of all, with a cumulative capacity of at least 20 MW in the last seven years.

Alternatively, they must have arranged land for an industrial/logistics/warehousing/infrastructure project with a cumulative land area of at least 70 acres in the last seven years.

Bidders must have a positive net worth, which must not be less than 100% of their  paid-up share capital.

They must have a minimum financial turnover of ₹329 million (~$3.4 million) in the last three financial years.

In March 2026, Terra Clean invited bids to develop a 100 MW end-to-end intrastate transmission system (InSTS)-connected wind project in Gujarat.

In February 2025, it invited bids for land, power evacuation, and a balance-of-plant package for a 275 MW ISTS-connected wind project.

Apart from wind projects, Terra Clean invited bids for land aggregation to develop a 300 MW InSTS-connected solar project in Gujarat.

In 2025, it invited bids to aggregate land for 100 MW InSTS-connected solar power projects in Banaskantha, Gujarat.

The same year, it issued a tender to supply 291 transformers for interstate- or intrastate-connected renewable energy projects at multiple locations.
