<p>Sambhar Salts, a subsidiary of Hindustan Salts, a government-owned salt company, has tendered a 1 MW solar project to be developed at their facility in Rajasthan.</p>
<p>The project will be developed on a turnkey basis and the scope of work will include, design, engineering, fabrication, erection, testing, and commissioning of the 1 MW project. The successful bidder will also have to provide operation and maintenance for 10 years of the project.</p>
<p>Mercom <a href="https://mercomindia.wpengine.com/sambhar-salts-looks-epc-contractor-develop-100-mw-solar-project-rajasthan/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">previously reported</a>, Sambhar Salts invited an expression of interest to develop a 100 MW solar project in Sambhar, Rajasthan.</p>
