<p><a href="https://www.ntpc.co.in/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NTPC Limited</a> has reissued the tender for the supply of a solar PV module package for the Anta solar power project at Baran district in Rajasthan.</p>
<p>The scope of work includes the manufacturing, supply, packing, forwarding, and transportation of solar modules of minimum 330 Wp nominal rating for the 1,500V system under the open category with a nominal DC capacity of 135 MW at the Anta Combined Cycle Power Project.</p>
<p>The last date to submit the bids is May 4, 2021. Bids will be opened on the same day. The pre-bid meeting will take place on April 19.</p>
<p>The tender was initially <a href="https://mercomindia.com/ntpc-solar-module-package-tender-rajasthan/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">floated</a> in September 2018.</p>
<p>The bidder should have manufactured and supplied solar modules of cumulative capacity of 40 MW or above, out of which at least one such supply order should be for a project of 10 MW or above capacity before the bid opening date.</p>
<p>Alternatively, the bidder should be a group holding company or a subsidiary company of the module manufacturer meeting the requirements specified. Such a bidder should furnish a letter of undertaking executed by the module manufacturer and the bidder, along with the commercial bid.</p>
<p>The bidder&#8217;s average annual turnover should not be less than ₹1.2 billion (~$16.35 million) during the last three financial years. The bidder&#8217;s net worth as on the last day of the preceding financial year should not be less than 100% of the bidder&#8217;s paid-up share capital.</p>
<p>In October 2019, NTPC <a href="https://mercomindia.com/ntpc-tenders-bos-package-rajasthan-anta-solar/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tendered</a> a 90 MW balance of system package for the Anta solar power project in Rajasthan. The scope of work included the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing, forwarding, transportation, unloading storage, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar project, excluding the supply of solar modules.</p>
