Pace Digitek has secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) order valued at ₹3.76 billion (~$45.3 million) from Bondada Engineering, to provide balance-of-system works for its 300 MW solar project.
The company’s scope of work includes the engineering, design, site development, erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the project. It also involves providing operations and maintenance services for three years.
Pace Digitek will complete the project within 15 months.
Its renewables portfolio spans solar energy systems, hybrid energy systems, and battery energy storage systems (BESS), covering the design, implementation, grid-scale storage execution, standalone BESS projects, and lifecycle maintenance services.
The company operates through three energy business models comprising product manufacturing, EPC projects with backward integration, and an asset-owned developer or build-own-operate model.
It operates three manufacturing facilities in Karnataka, including two units at Kumbalgodu producing telecom power systems and lithium-ion battery packs, and a flagship facility at Bidadi dedicated to large-scale BESS manufacturing.
Pace Digitek has expanded its BESS manufacturing capacity from 5 GWh to 10 GWh. This manufacturing capacity incorporates integrated manufacturing and container fabrication to reduce import dependence, lowering cost volatility, mitigating duty risks, and increasing local value addition.
The company’s renewable energy order book stands at ₹586.9 billion (~$7.07 billion). This includes a 600 MW/1,200 MWh BESS EPC order from SECI valued at ₹115.93 billion (~$1.40 billion).
The order book also includes a 200 MW solar EPC project for Maharashtra State Power Generation Company valued at ₹92 billion (~$1.11 billion).
Pace Digitek expects its energy order book to grow to ₹800 billion (~$9.64 billion) by March 2026.
In November 2025, Pace Digitek and Bondada Engineering won the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company’s EPC auction for 300 MW solar projects, securing 200 MW and 100 MW, respectively.
In the same month, Lineage Power, a material subsidiary of Pace Digitek, received an order worth ₹1.9 billion (~$22.33 million) from Larsen & Toubro to supply 275,825 kWh of BESS in 55 integrated LiFePo4 liquid cooling containers for the Bihar State Power Generation Company in Kajra, Lakhisarai district.
