NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam (NVVN) has floated eight tenders to install 78.637 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar systems at various locations of the central armed forces and departments under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The systems must be installed 240 days from the date of award notification. Installers must provide ten years of operation and maintenance services.

Tender 1

Bids are invited to install 5,692 kW of rooftop solar systems in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.

The last day to submit the bids is September 11, 2024.

Bidders must furnish a bid security of ₹2 million (~$23,847).

The selected bidder must submit 10% of the contract value as a performance bank guarantee within 28 days of the award notification.

Tender 2

Bids are invited to install 6,419 kW of rooftop solar systems in Jammu Kashmir and Leh-Ladakh.

The last day to submit the bids is September 12, 2024.

Bidders must furnish a bid security of ₹5 million (~$59,619).

The selected bidder must submit 10% of the contract value as a performance bank guarantee within 28 days of the award notification.

Tender 3

Bids are invited to install 11,775 kW of rooftop solar systems in Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharashtra.

The last day to submit the bids is September 12, 2024.

Bidders must furnish a bid security of ₹5 million (~$59,619).

The selected bidder must submit 10% of the contract value as a performance bank guarantee within 28 days of the award notification.

Tender 4

Bids are invited to install 2,607 kW of rooftop solar systems in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

The last day to submit the bids is September 16, 2024.

Bidders must furnish a bid security of ₹2 million (~$23,847).

The selected bidder must submit 10% of the contract value as a performance bank guarantee within 28 days of the award notification.

Tender 5

Bids are invited to install 10,353 kW of rooftop solar systems in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Odisha.

The last day to submit the bids is September 9, 2024.

Bidders must furnish a bid security of ₹5 million (~$59,619).

The selected bidder must submit 10% of the contract value as a performance bank guarantee within 28 days of the award notification.

Tender 6

Bids are invited to install 6,809 kW of rooftop solar systems in Punjab, Chandigarh, and Haryana.

The last day to submit the bids is September 9, 2024.

Bidders must furnish a bid security of ₹5 million (~$59,619).

The selected bidder must submit 10% of the contract value as a performance bank guarantee within 28 days of the award notification.

Tender 7

Bids are invited to install 17,491 kW of rooftop solar systems in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Tripura, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Meghalaya.

The last day to submit the bids is September 10, 2024.

Bidders must furnish a bid security of ₹10 million (~$119,238).

The selected bidder must submit 10% of the contract value as a performance bank guarantee within 28 days of the award notification.

Tender 8

Bids are invited to install 6,929 kW of rooftop solar systems in Uttar Pradesh.

The last day to submit the bids is September 10, 2024.

Bidders must furnish a bid security of ₹5 million (~$59,619).

The selected bidder must submit 10% of the contract value as a performance bank guarantee within 28 days of the award notification.
