North Western Railway invites bids for 7 MW rooftop solar systems

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation has invited bids for a 4.9 MW rooftop solar power project in the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System Corridor. The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance under the renewable energy service company model for 25 years. The last date for submitting bids is August 12, 2024. Bids will open the next day.

The Jaipur Division of North Western Railway has invited bids to install 7,287 kW of grid-connected rooftop solar systems atop residential buildings. The contract value is ₹301.05 million (~$3.6 million). The last date to submit the bids is August 2, 2024. Bids will be opened on the same day. The scope of work includes supplying, installing, and commissioning the grid-connected rooftop solar system with mono crystalline panels, inverters, MS hot-dipped galvanized structures, power conditioning units, junction boxes, AC and DC distribution boards, armored power and control cables, remote data monitoring system, and net metering.

The Solar Energy Corporation of India has invited bids for the selection of green hydrogen producers to set up production facilities for green hydrogen in India under the Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition (SIGHT) Scheme (Mode-1-Tranche-II). The last date to submit bids is August 21, 2024. Bids will be opened on August 27. Bidders must submit a non-refundable document fee of ₹25,000 (~$299.3) and a bid processing fee of ₹20,000 (~$239.4)/MW for the quoted capacity subject to a maximum amount of ₹1.5 million (~$17,963.4) + GST.
