Central Electronics (CEL) has invited global expressions of interest (EoIs) to empanel consultants for a 1.25 GW solar cell and module manufacturing plant, 100 MW data centers, Assembly, Testing, Marking, and Packaging (ATMP) semiconductor plants, a rare earth permanent magnet plant, and satellite manufacturing and testing plants.
