Adani Green’s Q3 Revenue Rose 21% YoY on High Capacity Additions
The company’s operational capacity grew 48% YoY to 17.2 GW

Adani Green Energy (AGEL) reported a revenue of ₹24.2 billion (~$263.63 million) in the third quarter (Q3) of the financial year (FY) 2026, a 21% year-over-year (YoY) increase from ₹19.93 billion (~$217.11 million).
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹22.69 billion (~$247.18 million), up 23% from ₹18.48 billion (~$201.31 million) in the same quarter of the previous year.
Adani Green attributed its performance to strong renewable energy capacity additions and operational performance.
9M FY 2026
AGEL reported a revenue of ₹85.08 billion (~$926.84 million) for the first nine months (9M) of FY 2026, a 25% YoY increase from ₹68.29 billion (~$744 million).
EBITDA stood at ₹79.21 billion (~$863 million), growing 24% from ₹63.66 billion (~$693.5 million) in 9M FY 2025.
Operational Highlights
AGEL has been expanding its greenfield capacity with support from Adani Infra India.
Its operational capacity increased 48% YoY to reach 17.2 GW from 11.6 GW.
The company added 2,995 MW of greenfield capacity in 9M FY 2026, which is more than 90% of the total capacity addition in FY 2025.
It added 5,630 MW through greenfield additions in calendar year 2025. These additions included 4,187 MW of solar capacity (3,137 MW in Khavda, Gujarat, 800 MW in Rajasthan, and 250 MW in Andhra Pradesh), 462 MW of wind capacity, and 981 MW of wind-solar hybrid capacity in Khavda.
AGEL’s energy sales during 9M FY 2026 stood at 27,636 million units (MU), rising 37% from the 20,108 MU sold in 9M FY 2025.
The company said its power purchase agreement-based electricity generation during this period was 79% of its annual commitment. AGEL expects to reach 50 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030. It said it is on track to reach 30 GW of renewable energy capacity at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park.
AGEL’s revenue dropped 4.3% YoY to ₹32.49 billion(~$368.5 million) in Q2 FY 2026 from ₹33.96 billion (~$385 million).
The company recently operationalized an aggregate of 307.4 MW of renewable energy projects through its step-down subsidiaries at Khavda, Gujarat.
