Adani Green Operationalizes 408 MW Renewable Energy Projects in Gujarat

Adani Green Energy (AGEL) has operationalized an aggregate of 408.1 MW of renewable energy projects through its step-down subsidiaries at Khavda, Gujarat.

The total generating capacity of these projects is as follows:

  • Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six’s solar project with an 87.5 MW capacity
  • Adani Renewable Energy Forty One’s wind project with a 124.8 MW capacity
  • Adani Green Energy Twenty Five B’s hybrid project with a 5.4 MW capacity
  • Adani Green Energy Twenty Six B’s hybrid project with a 30.4 MW capacity
  • Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six’s hybrid project with a 35 MW capacity
  • Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five’s hybrid project with a 125 MW capacity

The projects were operationalized on September 30, 2025, and will commence power generation immediately.

The company’s total operational renewable energy generation capacity increased to 16,486.1 MW after the commissioning of these projects.

Adani Green has targeted reaching an operational capacity of 30 GW by 2029.

Earlier this month, Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six operationalized an incremental solar power project of 125 MW at Khavda.

Adani Green reported a 31% year-over-year revenue jump, from ₹25.28 billion (~$291 million) to ₹33.13 billion (~$382 million) in the first quarter of the financial year 2026. In the same quarter, the company operationalized 2,463 MW of solar projects in Gujarat. It also commissioned 585 MW of wind and 534 MW of hybrid power projects in the state.

The company topped the list of utility-scale solar project developers in India for 2024, according to Mercom’s India Solar Market Leaderboard 2025. It  accounted for 17.6% of the yearly capacity additions, commissioning 2.6 GW, including 2 GW under its flagship 8 GW manufacturing-linked project in Khavda. Adani Green also expanded its partnership with TotalEnergies through a joint venture to manage a 1.15 GW portfolio in Khavda and secured $400 million (~₹33.29 billion) in financing to develop 750 MW of solar projects in Rajasthan and Gujarat.
