Terra Clean Issues Land Aggregation Tender for 100 MW Solar Project

Terra Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation, has issued a request for proposal to aggregate land for an interstate transmission system (ISTS) -connected 100 MW solar project near the Davanagere ISTS Pooling Substation in Karnataka.

The last date to submit bids is June 11, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day.

The order must be completed within 8 months of the commencement order or 15 days from the date of issuance of the letter of acceptance.

Bidders must 3 have executed, either as a main contractor or sub-contractor, land arrangements for solar, wind, wind-solar hybrid projects or parks, or grid-connected solar projects with a cumulative capacity of at least 20 MW. This must include at least one project of 10 MW or higher.

Alternatively, bidders must have experience in land arrangement for solar, wind, wind-solar hybrid, industrial, infrastructure, logistics, or warehousing projects, excluding residential developments. The cumulative land area must be at least 70 acres, including at least one project of 35 acres or more.

Bidders must have a positive net worth as of March 31, 2025, of at least 100% of the paid-up share capital. They must also demonstrate an annual financial turnover of at least ₹250.23 million (~$2.62 million) in any one of the preceding three financial years as of the bid opening date.

Recently, Terra Clean invited bids for land aggregation to develop an ISTS-connected 200 MW wind power project within the jurisdiction of the Davangere substation in Karnataka.

Last December, the company issued a request for proposals for land aggregation to develop a 300 MW intrastate transmission-system-connected solar project in Gujarat.

In September 2025, Terra Clean invited bids to aggregate land for 100 MW intra-state transmission system-connected solar power projects in Banaskantha, Gujarat.

Last August, the company issued a request for proposal for the land aggregation of an ISTS-connected 300 MW solar project in Morena, Madhya Pradesh.
