The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has tendered a 5 MW grid-connected solar project to be developed at ONGC’s Vagra site. The bid-submission deadline is August 16, 2017.

This tender is for an engineering procurement construction (EPC) contract and the project completion timeframe is 150 days from the date of issue of letter of award. The scope of work includes, design, supply, EPC, installation, and commissioning of the solar project.

The developer will have to provide the transmission system up to the grid-connection point, and will be responsible for operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project for a 10-year period.
