Numaligarh Refinery Tenders 1 MW Solar Project in Assam

Numaligarh Refinery, a group company of Bharat Petroleum Corporation, has tendered a 1 MW solar project to be developed at the Numaligarh Refinery facility located in Golaghat, Assam. The bid-submission deadline is March 1, 2017 and the project commissioning timeframe is eight months.

The project will be developed on a turnkey basis. The scope of work includes, design, engineering, supply, transportation, shifting, installation, testing, commissioning, construction, maintenance of the project and evacuation of power from the project. The refinery has required indigenously manufactured modules to be used.

This a two-part tender and the bidders can quote for 100 kW extra capacity in the second part of the tender. The first phase of the tender calls for the solar project to be installed on ground-mounted panels.

The refinery has earmarked five acres of land for the project. The bidder should include the maximum power generation capacity capable of the area.
