NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) has invited bids to develop 150 MW of inter-state transmission system (ISTS)-connected wind power projects anywhere in India.

The last date to submit bids is February 24, 2022. Bids will be opened on the same day. The pre-bid meeting will take place on February 10.

Bidders need to furnish ₹100 million (~$1.33 million) as bid security.

After commissioning the projects, the successful bidder must provide comprehensive operation and maintenance for one year.

To participate in the competitive bidding process, bidders must have designed, supplied, and commissioned grid-connected wind power projects with 40 MW or above cumulative capacity. One project must have 10 MW or higher capacity at a single location and have been in successful operation for at least one year before the date of the techno-commercial bid opening.

Alternatively, the bidder must be a developer of grid-connected wind power projects with a cumulative installed capacity of 40 MW or above.
