NTPC Green Energy (NGEL) has invited bids to develop a 215 MW wind project for IndianOil NTPC Green Energy (INGEL), a 50:50 joint venture between NGEL and the Indian Oil Corporation, at the Anantapur-II interstate transmission system (ISTS) substation in Andhra Pradesh under Tranche-III.
