Mercom to Host C&I Clean Energy Meet in Mumbai on April 17

Mercom India is hosting the ‘C&I Clean Energy Meet’ for the fourth year in Mumbai on April 17, 2025. The one-day event will be held at Ramada by Wyndham Navi Mumbai, and registrations will begin at 9:30 am.

Mercom aims to bring together some of India’s renowned renewable energy experts and consumers seeking optimal solutions to purchase low-cost, reliable, and clean power under one roof.

The first session, titled “Harnessing the Green Route to Reducing Electricity Bills,” will commence at 10:45 am and feature speakers Animesh Jain, Regional Head—West, Adani Solar, Rounak Muthiyan, Managing Director, Kalpa Power, and Vikash Kumar Upadhyay, VP Sales, Swelect Energy Systems.

Kalpa Power will present a case study after this session explaining how to procure power through innovative long-term plans at competitive prices along with real-life use cases.

The second session, scheduled at noon, is on “Clean Power Purchase: Switching to Renewable Energy and Optimizing Savings.” It will be followed by a presentation of a case study from Enrich Energy.

The third and final session, discussing “Attractive Financing Options – Easy and Affordable Green Loans,” will feature Abhay Dixit, Vice President – Business Development, Siemens Financial Services, Vikas Agarwal, Co-founder and CBO Credit Fair, and Vijay Nar, AGM, SIDBI as speakers.

All the speakers will be available to answer questions after the sessions.

Mumbai, India’s financial capital, hosts some of the largest corporations in the country and numerous small and medium-sized enterprises. The city has a wide range of specialized manufacturing industries, and regardless of segment and size, companies can save considerably on electricity costs by adopting clean energy.

Solar and energy storage systems offer long-term financial benefits, energy security, and protection against blackouts and brownouts, which can positively impact business performance.
