The Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) has restrained Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL) from terminating its power purchase agreement (PPA) for the uncommissioned capacity of a 280 MW solar project until the final adjudication of the developer’s force majeure claims.
