The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) has allowed a solar developer to continue injecting infirm power from the 100 MW solar component of its 600 MW wind-solar hybrid project and sell the power outside the power purchase agreement (PPA) until partial or early commissioning because the project’s wind component was delayed due to connectivity issues.
