Adani Green Commissions 951 MW Renewable Capacity in Rajasthan and Gujarat

Adani Green Energy (AGEL) has operationalized 951 MW of renewable power projects through its subsidiaries, with capacities spread across Baiya in Rajasthan (251 MW) and Khavda in Gujarat (700 MW). With this addition, AGEL’s total operational renewable generation capacity has increased to 18,933 MW.
The newly commissioned capacity includes multiple special purpose vehicles comprising solar and hybrid projects such as Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five (50 MW), Adani Green Energy Twenty Four (100 MW), Adani Green Energy Twenty Five C (225 MW), Adani Green Energy Twenty Six A (300 MW), Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six (25 MW hybrid), and Adani Solar Energy Barmer (251 MW).
AGEL has an operational capacity of 17.2 GW, with a target of reaching 50 GW by 2030. The growth trajectory reflects a compound annual growth rate of around 29%, with a pipeline growth outlook of approximately 40%. The company has added 5.6 GW capacity year-on-year, including 3 GW in the first nine months of FY 2026 alone.
The company has secured around 250,000 acres of land for renewable energy development and assessed over 50 GW of resource potential. Its current portfolio mix comprises approximately 69–71% solar, 13% wind, and 18% hybrid capacity.
Operationally, AGEL reported generating 27,636 million units in the first nine months of FY 2026, marking a 37% year-on-year increase, with output consistently exceeding power purchase agreement commitments by 105–111%.
The future pipeline includes 23 GW of solar and wind projects in Gujarat, over 10 GW in Rajasthan, and more than 5 GW of pumped storage projects. A key project under development is the Khavda Renewable Park in Gujarat, targeted to reach 30 GW of capacity by 2029, with 7.7 GW already operational.
Recently, AGEL operationalized a total of 510.1 MW of renewable energy projects at Khavda, Gujarat, through its step-down subsidiaries.
