<p>The Heavy Engineering Corporation (HEC), a government of India enterprise, has invited expression of interest from developers and contractors to construct 2 MW or more up to 10 MW of rooftop solar at <a href="http://www.hecltd.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">HEC</a> premises in Ranchi. Bid submission deadline is June 5, 2017.</p>
<p>The scope of work includes, design, supply, erection and supervision, and commissioning of the rooftop systems. The HEC has regulated, the applicant must be a reputed firm incorporated in India.</p>
<p>The project will be executed on build-own operate-transfer (BOOT) basis for a period of 10 years with a warranty of 25 years for the entire installation with guaranteed efficiency and output of not less than 80 percent.</p>
